Steve, we also have sidewinder FW's and I ran into the same thing. Along with the arp entry, you also have to add a static mac entry to add the multicast mac to the sidewinder ports. otherwise, the switch does not know where to send the packets so ...
I had a similar issue, if you have acl's on any of your interfaces, make sure you are allowing the jet direct's ip and port 9100. Not the encryption acl but the interface acl's. Also check to make sure your tunnel is up.
