My users are complaining about the req to dial the exit digit plus "1" then the phone number.  Any way to remove that for 10-digit dial?

Loving the new feature, but I am seeing iPhone users not gettign the .WAV attachment.  Works like a champ in Outlook.  Anyone else seeing this?
