IMC Lab Credentials are Incorrect

The IMC credentials that are provided do not work to log in. Are there different credentials, or can this be reset? I have tried multiple defaults with no success.

You should be able to enter the url https://<FQDN or IP>/ucmuser/showRecovery.do This was working for me in 11.5

Verified as working. Credentials are now working per the instructions. Thank you for the quick fix.

14 days later and looks like this problem still exists. I am unable to login to the IMC with the provided credentials.
