Adding Sound threshold to CUIC 10.5.1

Hi,Is there a way to add sound to the CUIC threshold. My customer would like to sound an alarm when call in the queues are greater than 3. Not sure how to add sound to sound to a threshold. If anyone done this, please let me know. ThanksParam
