Our jabber suddenly can't use group chat function. We check our CUCM,  some services of our CUCM are not running. We try to restart these services, but their states are still in ' not running'. Could you help to give us some solutions? Thanks.

I can send file and screenshot to my colleagues' account.But create a chat room, there aren't 'send file' and 'screenshot' options. Before yesterday, there were the two options in chat room.
