Question, If I upgrade my CUCM from ver. 8.5.1 to ver. 9.1 will my UCCX server running 8.5.1 still be compatable with this change? Or do I need to upgrade the UCCX server to ver. 9.0.
Hi Jarias,Thanks for the reply. We are planning on moving from 9.1.2 to 10.5. Isn't Prime Collaboration Deployment only available with version 10.X? And yes, we are planning on consolidating these 3 de-centralized cluster into one centralized system....
