Is there a comparable feature of OSPF (max-metricrouter-lsa on-startup wait-for-bgp) available on ACI, the use case is when the border leaf is configured to always advertise a default route towards an OSPF neighbor and upon the leaf startup, OSPF would come up before BGP (to the spine and other external BGP neighbors on the leaf), as a result the leaf can be a black-hole.
Is there a ways to delay the OSPF neighborship?
