Cisco ACI - Multi-pod fibre requirements for IPN connectivity

We are currently investigating how we can connect our cisco ACI to IPN for multi-pod connectivity. Currently the we are planning to implement Single Mode Fibre across our datacentres. We would be using catalyst switches for our IPN devices. Our understanding is that we will require multimode for IPN connectivity.

Could anyone confirm if we do we need Multi-mode fibre to be able to connect the spines to the IPN?

Hi @michaelmccabe ,

you can use any type of fiber as long as you use the corresponding sfps 

Cisco actually recommends using nexus 9200 or 9300 switches as IPN devices.
