Different BW from Leaf to Spine

Hi All,

6 Spines a and 12 leaf switches, can leaf switches cabled with 100 G to two spines and 40 Gbps to others? If yes, does it have any impact on Hashing the traffic and getting that load balanced?

Hi Hamed,

There are no limitations with mixed speed links. We do see this sort of implementation both for migration as well as co-existence of different generation of compute racks (1G servers with 10G uplink, 10G servers with 40G uplinks etc ).
