THe SRPs do not support SPC compiler. The recommended option is to
- logon to the SRP GUI and configure the box as you need for a template
- download the XML from http://x.x.x.x/admin/config.xml where x.x.x.x is IP address of SRP. Note make sure you save file b using the View source option in the browser
- you can then edit the XML template in any text editor or whatever suits you best and upload to the SRP
