Cant make call from jabber api - jabber web sdk

Hi team, is anyone out there very familiar with the Jabber Web SDK? I don't understand much about this and we have a situation here where we are using the Jabber Web SDK and the firefox extension, we see that our aopi registers with the call manager but cannot make calls. On wireshark I don't see any invites. On the same pc, if I launch jabber, I make and receive calls and see the invites. Any idea? How can I see if the firefox plugin extension and the jabber sdk have the same version?

You can use the 'newsample` sample app provided with the Jabber Web SDK to test plugins/extensions/user/device/line configuration etc., as well as serving as a good source of cut/paste sample code:

Assuming your CUCM is not in secure/mixed mode, you should be able to see SIP messaging between the Jabber Web add-on and CUCM.

I don't find any device list under device selection after manual sign In. Anything I missed?
