Customer impact : Co-browsing lag issue encountered

hi team,

Screen become sluggish after co-browsing started, tested using IE 11 browser.

We are encountering lag issue (between agent & customer) during co-browsing from customer's web pages which consist of the following:

1) Web client application using jQuery.keyboard( https://github.com/Mottie/Keyboard/wiki/Setup)

2) Some web pages contain animation and GIF files.

The client wants to know is there any work-around to mediate this lag issue?

We have also a Cisco TAC case but TAC support is unable to help now.
