Jabber for Mac Not getting phone calls

All:

I have jabber on my mac and am not able to receive incoming calls on it. I can call out and chat just fine, but imconing calls are dropped by my mac.

Scenario:

FW on mac is OFF

Router is FWDing all traffic from CUCMs to LAN

WIreshark shows that calls are getting to my mac, but they are dropped upon arrival.

Any ideas what could be blocking that traffic on my MAC?

Hi Ryan,

After going through topic search in one SR the folliwing was the solution given to a similar issue.

1) clear cache, reset jabber
2) delete jabber
3) reinstall and try again.

There might be possibility that you might have set forward to voicemail in Jabber or  Deskphone or another phone that share the line.

I was not able to find anything related to Firewall on MAC blocking the call.
