Hello, I deployed Cisco Jabber Guest 11.2.1 in my lab. I was able to download the web addon and the extension for chrome browser. Some days later , i noticed could neither download the web addon or install extension for chrome .

I got this error 404 when i clicked the download button

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/jbglbakaieakcdiaiabbihafndhapfki

the above url was not found

I have tried on different pc but still the same error 404

I decided try on firefox.  The download icon didn't load. I  checked the mozilla  firefox extension and added the plugin.

I searched the chrome extension store  for  the jabber guest but no success

Has Cisco finally moved to webrtc?

any contribution will be appreciated

Jabber Guest hasn't been developed anymore since 2020.
And Flex Licensing is EoL since last year: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/jabber-windows/jabber-guest-flex-eol.html

And if you can't download someting on any 3rd party website, why are you asking for solution to this issue in the Cisco forum? What has the google store to do with Cisco?

"Has Cisco finally moved to webrtc?" --> What you mean with finally?! Cisco Meeting Server supporting WebRTC is out now for yeeaars, also partly as a replacement for Jabber Guest server.
It seems, you're a little late to the party.

Thanks for your contributions.
I believe Cisco created the plugins for the browsers . It was there before
when I first tested it. Some days later I could find them .So I created the
thread to ask if someone has encountered that error before and what the
person did to solve the problem.
Cisco jabber guest upgrade file still exists on Cisco download page.
Like you said Cisco jabber guest has reached the end of life and there
might be a product like WebEx instant connect that is replacing it
The beauty of Cisco jabber guest is that it has call link feature which can
be embedded in a website and allow customers to make calls to cucm or uccx
end users. It is great since the customers might not want use his mobile
phone (which costs him more call airtime )to make calls to contact center
CMS is a Cisco on premise meeting solution which uses webrtc and not
"customer to Business calling "(jabber guest)
Now that Cisco has stopped supporting jabber guest product, does WebEx
instant connect provide (customer to Business calling) The Little I read
about instant connect yesterday, shows that the feature is customers calling
WebEx users and it's major goal is to assist health companies with online
consultation .
I have uccx ,cucm,CMS expressway in my lab.i want to create a call link in
my website and customers can click on that link and use webrtc to make
calls to uccx Agents or Cucm users.
Any guidelines will be appreciated
