Jabber Video SDK sample.html demo on Windows 10

I followed all the instructions provided for running the Sample.html demo on Windows 10 Pro machine but I am unable to get it even started i.e. by clicking on the 'Manual Sign In' nothing happens.

I hosted the application in a WebServer, installed the Chrome Extension and Add-On but still it won't work. I am not sure what I am missing.

I tried the same on a Mac OS X machine and everything works just fine.

Please guide me.
