I'm working on establishing communication between CUCM and an ERP system. After ruling out most of my options, I thought, that I give a try to create the connection with Jabber web SDK...
I read through the tutorials, googled it and checked the forums, but I didn't find the answer. So I hope, that someone can help me here.
Is it possible to get the telephone number of the caller from CUCM, when the onConversationIncoming event is triggered in Jabber? Basically, this is the only information, that I would need, because it would trigger some processes in the ERP.
CUCM version: 11.5.1
Jabber web SDK voice&video version: 11.8.2
