REM 11.5.1– Certificate issue with Public domain

Our REM is located in call center domain name is  :  ucce.com

Customer DMZ domain name is : contactcenter.com

In Certificate manager we have generated CSR using there domain name  like : reas.contactcenter.com with csr format . And same has  been imported in Reverse Proxy .

Customer is using the system self-singed certificate , we did not use any “Certificate Authority certificates “

while accessing URL we are getting the below error .

The page cannot be displayed

The server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)

External URL is : https://89.211.57.201:8443/

Internal link is working fine . Please help us to solve external link .

Hi Ram.

Thank you for raising this question with us. I can see the certificate is not working for you as when I hit the page I get an untrusted.

However the 403 is not to do with the certificate but rather the firewall configuration. It would be worth checking with your IT team if there is any restrictions on traffic coming into your network.
