REM with UCCX

Hi All!

I´m looking at the REM documentation, but I still don´t know how is REM with UCCX related, can please someone explain me how are they related? We are trying to configure REM with UCCX but we are unable to make it work.

I´m using both REM and UCCX 11.5.

Hi Nick,

The REM settings for UCCX and UCCE deployments are the same.

Have you followed the installation guide and Cisco Contact Center Solutions and Unified Communications Manager Solution Configuration Guide for Remote Expert Mobile Release 11.5(1)

What specific problem are you seeing?
