SDK 11.0 and CUCM and IM server versions

I have a customer that wants to deploy SDK11.0 and their CUCM and IM&P servers are Version 9.1.  I am trying to understand if I need to have customer upgrade their UC environment to 10.x or not.  What would the benefits be for them upgrading to 10.x if they are moving to Jabber SDK 11.0?

Backward compatibility should be good, and we would expect the v11 SDK to work with CUCM 9.1 as it did previously.  Note that some new v11 SDK features that require CUCM/Expressway support - such as MRA/NAT traversal and SSO - will of course not work with CUCM 9.1.

What are minimum version requirements for these features?
