We've got an application which has been working on several CUCM installations and versions.
With this particular 11.5 CUCM server we're always getting a PlatformExceptionImpl with message shown in subject.
- Call goes through and external phone rings/connects.
- connect() call blocks for 15 seconds prior to exception.
- These are SCCP terminals so T302 timer should not be the issue here.
- At any rate T302 timer has been lowered in service parameters to no effect. ctirequesttimeout has been raised in jtapi.ini
- I find nothing suspicious in jtapi logs.
- 100% failures with 100% calls actually going throug.
- Using CUCM downloaded jtapi.jar with supported jre7. As stated app dows not show this issue on other cucm installations with same version.
Any clue what could be going on? Maybe some server side logging we might check?
