JTAPI Error

Dear team,

we have a problem when I using jtapi to connect the cisco cucm,the error info shows as the following:

com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: Unable to create provider -- connect timed out

at com.cisco.jtapi.CiscoJtapiPeerImpl.getProvider(CTQF)

we have no idea about it. the cucm version is 10.0

Which version of JTAPI are you using?  Which JVM? 

If I recall correctly, this error is JVM-related, and is not fatal.  If you get the error (it displays as a pop-up) when you use JTAPI Test Tool, you can just click out of the pop-up and everything will still work correctly.

OK,Thank you,I will try to use the JTAPI Test Tool of Cisco to test it.

Make sure that "CTI Manager" service is running in CUCM which you are trying to connect. Also there is no firewall issue.
