Hello,
working on a C890 Software (C890-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.6(3)M1
I am facing a strange issue when trying to record both legs
I am using an outgoing dial-peer to start a tcl script which dials an external number and conferences the 2 legs.
When I try recording the incoming leg the following happens:
* incoming leg (lan side) is recorded up to the moment the conference is created
* remote party (wan side) cannot hear lan side leg (incoming leg)
* remote party (outgoing leg) is recorded correctly
I am using a simple:
media record leg_incoming flash://incoming.au
media record leg_outgoing flash://outgoing.au
conf:
dial-peer voice 100 voip
description *** INTERCEPT ALL CALLS
service recorder out-bound
destination-pattern .T
session protocol sipv2
session target loopback:rtp
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
codec g711ulaw
dial-peer voice 200 voip
description *** OUT CALLS
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.161.1.XXX
destination uri OUTSIDE
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
codec g711ulaw

Hi,
please issue "leg connect leg_incoming" before leg setup command and try.
Thanks,
Raghavendra

Hello,
I added leg connect leg_incoming on line 157.
Unfortunately, nothing changed...
Any ideas?

Thanks for testing, I will check with Dev team. looks like issue with only incoming leg, one way audio issue also because of media record on incoming leg.
Thanks,
Raghavendra

Hi Raghavendra,
what does it mean?
Is the dev going to test it and release a working fix?
Shall I give up?

media record on both legs not supported as it was not tested this feature. When I tested locally if we apply script under incoming dial peer media record on incoming leg alone is working fine similarly, if we apply script under outgoing dial peer media record on outgoing leg is working fine.
hope this this helps.
Thanks,
Raghavendra
