We have the same problem on two different 8845 phones, there is a steeady constant ticking or clicking noise coming through the handset. rerplacing the handset does not resolve the problem. Both phones were purchased at the same time back in 2016.

Not sure why an issue that affects all my users, and I'm assuming all other users on same version is only listed as Moderate. This should be a top priority. I first reported this nearly a month ago.
I believe I am hitting this bug on 8.5.135.0 with my 3802i APs. Most of the APs are only getting one or two of the flexconnect ACLs. I tried removing the ACL from flexconnect group and re added it which still did not help.
