CSCuf24528 - 8945 SCCP Predot number is disappeared on Call history when using redial - 1

Hi There we are using phone 8945 SCCP . Have two site one 101 and second 102

When I dial from 1025005 to 8-1014306 and complete the call. That's fine. But when I scroll down to redial that person, It doesn't redial when I highlight them. It says the call can not be completed as dialed. It is like it doesn't remember the 8-101 or something. Can you help me on this issue

Have you tried upgrading the phone's firmware to version 9.3(2)SR1 or later?

We have already upgraded phone firmware 9.3(2) SR1. but still we are facing redial problem . call going by dialing the number but not going by redial "number is not dialable " errar coming. any other possibility ?
