I have this issue too. I upgraded my switch from version 03.06.05, and while it boot up ok, I see the above error message. I am concerned it will pose an issue down the road. I upgraded to version Fuji catuniversalk9.16.9.03a.SPA.bin. I am attaching logs, sh tech summary, and the error code. I hope it will help you find the root cause. I I would like to know the solution to resolve this error message.
