I am seeing this on version 16.9.3a which is the recommended version to use. Is this an error I can ignore? If not, please advise how to fix this??

Raise a TAC Case.

The bug details doesn't contain any useful information.  More information can be provided by the TAC Engineer.

Even the Release Notes for 16.9.4 doesn't mention whether this bug is fixed or not.

I opened a case this am. TAC Case #687387240. If they have a resolution, I will post it. If not, I will have to downgrade the switch to 03.07.05, which by the way has been very stable in our environment.
