CSCvd69698 Feed profiler does not work when smart licensing is enabled

Anyone know why this BugID was terminated? We have random issues were our ISE fails to download profiler updates. Cisco told us it was because of this bug. The irony however is it works randomly. For 2 months it will work no problem, then for 2 weeks it will fail etc..

Anyone else have similar issues on ISE 2.2 Smart licensing enabled because we are ELA Security customers.

When it doesn't work, you can run the test and it fails.

Hello, seem to be having same issue in ISE 2.6, smart licensing is enabled.
Test feed works sometimes.
Traffic allowed via Firewall on Port 8443. relevant Certificates in Trusted Store.
Can see in Packet Capture it is initially communicating but closes.

Anyone else experience this?

We are. 2.6 patch 4. Virtual ISE nodes with smart licensing enabled.
