The Community team has successfully completed the latest platform update (you may have already seen some of the changes).  

Community Platform Updates  

New Features & Enhancements 

• Community Ranks: Hall of Fame and VIP ranks have been simplified  
• Ask the Experts: Launched Ask the Experts webinars in Portuguese and Korean communities  
• Collaboration Hardware: Launched new private forum for Collaboration Hardware as a Service subscription customers  
• Success Tracks: Simplified the UI for Success Track forums, enabling faster deployment of new use case forums  
• CX Cloud Idea Exchange: On-Demand Data Export, simplifying processing for product managers  
• Community Health: As part of overall community clean-up, removed the ‘Recognize Your Peers’ spotlight award nomination component community-wide  
• Community Awards: Updated Spotlight Award Date Field to reflect quarterly award distribution cadence  
• Cisco User Groups: Updated Cisco User Groups title and button  
• Collaboration Track: Updated the Collaboration Track Header Image to provide descriptive images and text for community users  
• Social Media: Updated Twitter icon to X community-wide

Just one quick question. When you said "Cisco User Groups: Updated Cisco User Groups title and button", did you mean "Cisco Insider User Group" or are there another User Groups for general Cisco customers who purchased our products?

Community Ranks: Hall of Fame and VIP ranks have been simplified  

so is means what ever badges we had before they become simple VIP (until you are awarded hall of Fame badge is correct?)

So how will be VIP badges visible - how will that show difference that you have earned badges (so its not counted until you get hall of fame - i guess here, if i read correctly).
