We are running 2.2.3.3, you can look up the switch and port that a particular AP is connected to by going to the 360 View, then View All Details and its under Network Information section (Connected Switch).
Our issue is, we do get the Connected Switch information for some APs and for some we do not. This is a feature we used a lot in Prime, being able to see the switch and port the AP is connected to for troubleshooting and just general location of the AP.
Anyone have any idea why the Connected Switch information would not be showing up for an AP?

You may be better off opening a TAC case to take a look, but the questions that come to my mind are:
- The switches in questions are all in your Cisco DNA inventory? Are they in a properly managed stated (everything is green in Inventory)
- Is CDP enabled on the APs and switches? I assume that is how the information is learned.
- It's possibly a bug on the WLC side too, such as CSCvr15407, but you didn't mention the model or software of the WLCs and APs in question.

Did you disable any of the discovery protocols (CDP, LLDP, EDP, etc) on that ports where the WAP's are connected or globally inadvertedly?
