application recognition service on DNAC offline installation

Hi all,

Application visibility service, does not show any info on Cbar and NBar.

when I provision, I get message that Application recognition service not installed go to software management.

my issue is I don't have access to internet from the DNAC.

is there a way to install this offline

See the Cisco Catalyst Center Air Gap Feature Behavior document, there is partial support in air gap mode. Please open a TAC case to get help. Thanks, Jerome
