DNA Center Software Images Distribution/Activation

Hi,

we using DNAC Version 2.3.5.4-70852-HF3 and I am trying to Distribution/Activation Software Images.

Some Tasks just Failed with this error.

"NCSS10039: Service call failed with status code '500' and reason 'An unexpected error occurred'."

The error could be related to different causes.  It is hard to determine without logs and looking thru some of the configuration.  The best course of action is to open a Cisco TAC Case so the TAC engineer can properly assess your issues.

Without Logs this is all guess work.

We opened a TAC Case.

My guess an upgrade will be the next step.

DM me the SR# and if you uploaded and RCA bundle to case I will take a look.  An upgrade should not be required to fix.

That said, you are running 2.3.5.4-70852-HF3 and 2.3.5.5 has been marked as the "Suggested Release".  This Release rolls up fixes and features and should be the release that you start planning to move to.
