OM Subscription fail with CISCO IMC SPI 1.0.1 with IMC 2.0(b)

Have installed the SPI connect to the OM successfully. It allowed to add a IMC node without any issue. However unbale to start monitoring as it provide following message,

OM vesrion is 0.0

OM agent 11.14

Error.PNG

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Gish,

As per the image attached by you this issue seems to be related to HP service subscription.

Please run the below CLI command mentioned in the Guide "Cisco_IMC_Smart_Plugin_v1.0_Operations_Guide_HPOM-W.pdf" in section 3.7 to check subscription is working on not.


runclient.bat -host admin-VM.cisco.com -port 443 -user Administrator -password mypass -ssl -action subscribe


You will find this cli in

C:\Program Files\HP\HP BTO Software\support\OprWsInc\client\java

If it is not working then you need to take assistance from your internal teams.
Please let us know in case you require any further assistance on the same.

Current subscription is expired and have to do it again.

In the bellow command, could you please confirm what the host name should be? ) HPOM server?

Hi Gish,

Host name should be your machine name where your HPOM server is hosted.

You can find it by opening server manager and check the full computer name in server summary details or you can pass the IP address of machine where HPOM server is hosted instead of host name.

Please let us know for any further assistance.
