Problems connecting proximity (iPad) to SX20

My customer is trying to connect connect 5 iPads to the SX20 using proximity.

All iPad are been configured similarly, and running similar version of the proximity software.

Only 1 iPad is connected with no issues. The other 4 fails as follow:

1. Open Proximity app in the iPad

2. "Finding Video System~" message is displayed

3. "Connecting" message is displayed

4. "Connecting to FUK_ARK" is displayed,

but the connection fails and steps above from 2 to 4 are repeated multiple times without success.

can you please advise what do you think might be the issue.

Note: the mic is ON in the privacy setting of iPad. the iPad is not placed on the table and no hands or cover is placed on the mic.

customer is running TC7.2.0.aea6651.

Sorry about the belated reply. Only CE is officially supported against the newer versions of the ios clients. We *do* test and verify behaviour against TC7.3 as well, so that should work even if it's not listed as officially supported.
