AnyConnect connects to ANY WIFI BUT MY HOME WIFI

I'm a contractor for the DoD. I work from home. I have a government laptop (Dell Latitude 5420, running Windows 10 Enterprise, version 20H2). I am running AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client version 4.10.07061. I cannot change any AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client settings because the settings are established and protected by the DoD. I can connect to the Pentagon's VPN through my phone hotspot and my F150 AT&T wifi, but not my home wifi. I keep getting "Network error. Unable to lookup host names," and "Limited Access - DNS Failure." The Pentagon tells me the problem is with my internet provider (Windstream). Windstreams tells me they don't know what the problem is. If I connect through my phone hotspot, I can then disconnect wifi and connect through my home wifi. But I would like to just connect to home wifi without having first to connect to my phone. Can somebody help?

As per the message looks for me some kind of resolution issue.

when you connect to Home broadband Wifi

do nslookup your anyconnect show the FQDN - is this resolved ?

use same FQDN and try on browser do you see any messages ?

are you able to ping that FQDN ?

if nothings above works. Looks like your DNS issue, try Google DNS on your Laptop and test it.

Also connect laptop to Ethernet to cable modem and see if that works.

post when you connect to wifi output -  ipconfg /all
