I built a hunt pilot for a group of 6 resources handling inbound calls for medical records. The objective was to avoid provisioning a contact center queue, with only one interest to see how many calls come in daily and who is answering them. I am processing the report from Device Reports > Route Patterns/Hunt Pilots > Hunt Pilot Detail in .CSV format. Everything works great but I would prefer the medical records team member be handling the report management herself. Can I give her permissions to access CDR only and run the report at her pleasure?
