I have DCNM-SAN installed on a Windows host managing Cisco MDS switches. I have now introduced a pair of 9Ks to my portfolio (not connected to MDS). Can I install the DCNM-LAN server software on the same Windows host that currently runs DCNM-SAN? If not, can I at least use the Device Manager that was installed with DCNM-SAN to connect to my 9Ks? Also, what do I need to configure on the 9Ks to get Device Manager to connect? When I try to connect with the local admin account, the Device Manger tells me I need to install FCoE, which makes no sense to me.
