Our courseware is copyright protection, do not want users to download, hope that before class can upload ppt courseware to the server, teachers can use it directly. Do you have such an interface? Where and how?

The WebEx API's do not have the capability to upload power point files for use in a meeting.

The host can always display/screencast the file directly instead of uploading it to File Sharing.
