Incorect Account Number when testing API

I am helping a client setup their WebEx Virtual Classroom. When we test the API, we get the error message 'Incorrect Account Number' We verified with the Level 3 that we have the correct account number. However when we login to Account Management on the My Resources it shows no accounts for Account Number. any suggestions?

The issue is with what we are sending back to the API. The error that returns is Incorrect Account number. We need to understand why the failure is occurring if we have the correct information in the fields. Can you verify what fields the API requires?
