For XML API, you can use siteName in your securityContext, instead of siteID, site name is the subdomain of the WebEx URL: siteName for apidemoeu.webex.com is apidemoeu. For NBR API, which does use site ID, site admin credentials are required, and site ID is visible in the site administration portal for T29+ sites.
