Cisco Umbrella can override proxy policy

Hi

I just want to know if Cisco Umbrella will run can connect to his cloud management if its behind company proxy? and if Cisco umbrella override the internet/proxy policy once apply to the client laptop.

Umbrella works via enforcing security through the DNS. The DNS lookups are sent securely to the Umbrella servers and evaluated against the organizational policy. Assuming you are looking up an allowed (per Umbrella settings) site, you will be returned the DNS resolution of the site.

Your subsequent communications to the site will still be subject to whatever security inspection and policy is enforced by your local proxy server.
