Thanks for the reply.

A couple of questions:

1)      Is this document referring to adding Spark users from a user admin standpoint or connecting users to a Spark Team or Spark room. ( I actually need to do the 2nd scenario).

2)      I opened the document and clicked on the link in the document, but when I try to login I get a message stating that I am not authorized.  How do I get access?

Karl,

You may need to be a Spark administrator to access that.

When you say the feature was disabled - in reference to the spark power pack - did you contact support for help? If you look under "resources" in the upper right corner or that page, you'll see more information about support contacts and help.

Karl, you're looking to add users to a space in Spark, right? Power Pack no longer works, as you said. The CSV option above is for adding users to Cisco Spark Control Hub (ie. invite them to use Spark, not add them to a space).

The only built in/native option I know of is to use the web client to add or invite up to 50 users:
