There are a few users who are experiencing issues with the Call with Jabber and Call and edit with Jabber not showing up in the menu that pops up when they highlight the number and then right-click on the highlighted number in Internet Explorer 11. We have tried upgrading the Jabber to the latest release, reinstalling the Jabber and resetting the Jabber on their computers, but these users are still having this issue after reinstalling the Jabber, resetting the Jabber, and signing back into Jabber.
Other users using the same CUCM servers and same IM and Presence server are able to highlight a number, right-click on the highlighted number, and then select Call with Jabber in Internet Explorer 11.
How do we fix the problem for those users having problems with the Call with Jabber not showing up in Internet Explorer (and this problem is still there for these few users after upgrading to the Cisco Jabber for Windows 11.9.1 release)?
