Cisco Jabber access AD and IM fails

Hello,

 

I have installed a CUP 10.5 and from windows jabber 10.6 i can not see the AD contacts and don´t see de IM icon (I can do calls from jabber ok). Anyone know the root cause.

Have you properly integrated with the EDI directory??

There's a whole chapter dedicated to the directory integration in the Jabber deployment guide

Also, in what mode are you running Jabber????

It seems you might be using phone only mode
