Hi,
I am trying to test Cisco jabber for iPhone. I have a new VMware of CUCM 8.6.2, and I configured the following:
End user: Jabber
Cisco Dual Mode for iPhone:TCTJABBER
in Iphone I configured the following:
Device ID: TCTJABBER
TFTP Server: A.B.C.D "The IP address of my CUCM"
User Authentication: OFF
after pressing save I can see: Unable to verify account.
I attached the configuration for both enduser and phone .
Any help please???
Note: I did not configure desk phone.
