Cisco Jabber JVDI-12.5.0 - Call Pick Up pop-up shown time

Hi everyone,

Few time ago I've been struggling with a Little "issue" with Cisco JVDI Jabber's call-pick-up pop-up.

I would like to call-pick-up pop-up it shows last more tan 10 sec, I'm not able to find where in CUCM or Presence I could configure that.

 

If you need more info in order to help me, please, feel free to request any information you need about my VoIP enviroment.

I had tried changing Call Park Display Timer Required Field on Service Parameters Config. but this changes only affect to desktop phones (e.g. 7821, 8800) it seems we don't have any parameter in orde to change Call-pickup pop-up's timer

 

By now I won't close the thread, I keep looking forward a solution
