Cisco Jabber Mobile Client Incomoing Calls issue.

Dears,

- we have MRA deployment (8.9.2) and  UC 11.0.1 

- End users are complaining  that when then they receive incoming calls on their jabber client which have a shared line with their Desk phone and the Mobile client is registered via MRA, The jabber client will ring one time only and the call will be shown on the client a s a missed call and the call will continue to ring the desk phone;this is happening in both iPhone and Android devices and sometimes it work fine.

Jabber Client Version is 11.8.2. (Latest version for both android and iPhone)

Have you confirmed that behavior with CUCM traces and a PRT to the device?

You can tell if CUCM is still sending the call to it, or not, or if Jabber is not receiving it.
