Cisco Jabber XCP Connection Manager Service

We recently face an issue with Cisco Jabber Logging which is stopped suddenly and message shown “Cannot Communicate with Server “.

 

This project has been two years and this issue being appeared in the end of the project time line after  Increasing of Number of Users

 

  • We solve this issue temporary by restarting XCP Connection Manager service 

 

is it related to Memory issue?

You need to look at traces and see if there are other symptoms. I suggest
to open a tac case if you suspect memory issue
