Cisco Prime Collaboration

Dear,

before when we have CUCM IP telephony solution. we used to use "Cisco Prime Collaboration" to do "Provision, Assurance & Analytics" for the Cisco Voice Solution. As of today what is Cisco new product which address the End of Sale "Cisco Prime Collaboration" ? and how it addresses the three aspects of "Provision, Assurance & Analytics" ?

Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance and Analytics (PCA) and Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning (PCP) are both end-of-sale and end-of-life (EOL) products. Cisco has exited this market, and customers should migrate to third-party solutions.

There are many companies that offer products that can do a better job of both UC provisioning and service assurance than PCA and PCP.

There is no product from Cisco for  provisioning.  you need to rely on third party solutions like kurmi, Akkadian , Uplinux etc.

Self provisioning is also an option.

For assurance im not sure tools like zabbix are still available or not. With cloud connected UC, you can do analytics and assurance. You need to connect CUCM to control Hub.

Currently, Cisco is proposing two solutions to replace PCP/A. 
Nowadays, the only solution available on CCW and recommended by Cisco to replace PCP is Kurmi.
As of PCA, the feedback about IR is quite good.
