Cisco Spark Room Kit Conferences

Hi,

we have a costumer with 3 Cisco Spark room kit registered in Spark cloud.

In a call we don't have the option to add more devices (just "share" or "end call") .

Is some configuration in admin spark page? Licensing issue?

What are we missing?

How many room licenses do you have currently?

Hi prinaidu,

the equipment's are not registered in CUCM, they are registered in sparkCloud.

What Spark subscription do you have?
Sounds as if your account is configured to only have 3 participant meetings, which is usual for free Spark accounts. Check in Spark Control Hub to see what Meeting service has been provisioned to your user.
