Cisco TelePresence Conductor unable to take backup

Hi All,

We have a telepresence conductor, when I am trying to take backup I am getting the error "System error: System backup failed."

But in logs it is saying backup completed.

Can anyone please suggest how can I fix this issue.

Conductor is end of support since 2021. If you still use Conductor / vTS, you should switch to CMS.
